• Form I-130

• Form I-130A

• Form I-485 ( if beneficiary is inside the U.S. and submit for change of status )

• Form 765 ( Adjustment of Status, apply for workpermit and SSN )

• Form 131 ( Adjustment of Status, apply for travel permit )

• Passport or Green Card or Citizen Certificate of Petitioner

• Name change certificate (if any)

• Marriage Certificate

• Divorce Certificate or Death Certificate of previous marriages

• Passport photo 2 inch x 2 inch (petitioner and beneficiary )

• Birth Certificate of beneficiary and dependents ( if any )

• Marriage evidence ( picture, mails, emails, trips, address... )
